Aliens in Paintings: What Does It Really Mean?
Today I wanted to mess around with something a bit different, you know, just for kicks. I got this weird idea stuck in my head about aliens showing up in old paintings. Sounds crazy, right? But I was like, “Why not dive into this rabbit hole and see what I can dig up?”
So, I started by, well, just throwing myself into it. I began looking all over for paintings that people think have aliens or UFOs or whatever in them. You wouldn’t believe the stuff that’s out there! I found this one painting called “The Annunciation with Saint Emidus” by this Italian dude, Carlo Crivelli. It was painted way back in 1486, and some folks swear there’s a UFO chilling in the background. It looks like a weird disc thing shooting light down, and people are losing their minds over it.

I also dug into some of the more, uh, “out there” ideas. Like, there’s this H.R. Giger guy, who’s famous for his creepy, cool art. He did some designs for the movie “Alien,” and it turns out his style was inspired by his own painting, “Necronom IV.” That got him an Oscar in 1980, which is pretty neat. It’s funny how these things connect, you know?
Trying to Make Sense of It All
Honestly, I spent hours just browsing and reading. It felt like I was putting together a puzzle, but the pieces were all wonky and didn’t quite fit. I tried to keep an open mind, though. I mean, who am I to say what’s real and what’s not? But it all just seemed so… random. There was no solid proof, just a bunch of “what ifs” and “maybes.”
