Sexy Medusa vibes. How to get that enchanting look?
Okay, so, I got this idea to do a sexy Medusa look. You know, that Greek chick with the snake hair who turns people into stone? I thought, “Why not make her hot?”
First, I cleaned my face. Gotta have a clean canvas, right? Then, I put on some primer to make the makeup stick better. After that, I used a foundation that matches my skin tone and some concealer under my eyes because, let’s face it, I need it.
Eyeshadow and Eyeliner
- I wanted a mythical vibe, so I went with green and gold eyeshadows. I put the green all over my lids and the gold in the corners and under my brows to make my eyes pop.
- Next, I did a bold eyeliner. I made it thick and winged it out to give that dramatic look. I even traced along my waterline with the eyeliner for that extra sultry feel.
Scales and Details
- To get that snake-like look, I decided to add some scales. I found this fishnet thingy and stretched it over the sides of my face. I used a darker green eyeshadow and just dabbed it over the fishnet to create the scale effect. It was a bit tricky, but it worked!
- I also used some gold body paint to add highlights to the scales, making them look more realistic and shiny.
Lips and Finishing Touches
- For the lips, I used a dark red lipstick because, why not? It just added to the whole fierce vibe.
- I glued on some small plastic snakes I got from a party store to my hair. I arranged them so they looked like they were slithering around. It was a bit of a hassle, but it made the whole look come together.
Finally, I put on some dramatic fake lashes and sprayed a setting spray to keep everything in place. It was a lot of work, but I think I nailed it. I looked like a hot Medusa who could still turn you into stone. What do you guys think?
