And let me tell ya, that Michelangelo fella, he knew what he was doin’. He painted that hand of God just right, strong and gentle at the same time. And Adam’s hand, reachin’ out, almost touchin’. It’s like you can feel the energy between ’em, you know? It’s somethin’ special, that’s for sure.

And you know, even though it’s a real old picture, it still speaks to folks today. ‘Cause we all need that connection, that spark, don’t we? We all need somethin’ to reach for, somethin’ to believe in. And that’s what that hand of God means to me, I guess. A reach for somethin’ bigger than ourselves. Simple as that.
In short: I think this here God’s hand is a famous and important picture. It’s big and old, and it makes you think about life and connection. That’s all there is to it. Plain and simple.
